Market Manager - Frankfort

Overview:  Responsible for all aspects of consumer and in-house residential lending portfolio management - customer relations, documentation, and past due manangement; oversight and management of retail services at Frankfort location.  Extensive attention to detail and follow through on outstanding issues is critical to the success of the incumbent. 

Job Skills & Requirement:  Preferred candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree, 3 years of consumer lending and retail supervision experience.  Thorough understanding of retail services, lending process, financial statements and basic accounting principles are necessary.  Must be strategic thinker and be able to work in team environment.

Chief Information Technology Officer

Overview:  Administration, implementation, maintenance and support of information technology systems and services, including all hardware, software and related equipment including telecommunications equipment.  Strategic planning, management of IT budget, supervision of department staff and coordination of projects throughout the organization.  Maintain policies and procedures to ensure ongoing security of systems and information, as well as best practices.  Manage information technology audit.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a detailed oriented problem solver possessing the ability to work independently and meet or exceed the following requirements: 3-5 years IT project management experience (PMI PMP Certification desired), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), project experience to include upgrades to network server operating systems and infrastructure; 3rd party and vendor-designed applications; manage and maintain network-based applications, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Program development and administration, Significant experience with the following: VMare, Exchange 2007, Cisco Call Manager and Unity Experience, Network Security Appliances and Technologies, SQL Server, Web Administration and Authoring technologies, mobile/handheld devices.

The selected candidate must also be personable and able to communicate with all levels of organization, strong written communication skills, manage policies and controls to ensure data intergrity and regulatory compliance, maintain relationships with external vendors and consultants, oversee project administration including developing and maintaining schedules, issues, budgets and seeing projects through to completion, chair IT steering committee, manage IT related policies and procedures and document information technology structure, and possess supervision and employee management skills.
