Citizens Commerce Bankshares, Inc., (Symbol: CCVS) is a single  bank holding company for Citizens Commerce National Bank.  The bank received its national charter and opened for business  in Versailles, Kentucky in November 1996. The holding company, a Kentucky corporation, was subsequently formed in 1998.
 
Through its bank subsidiary, the company provides banking services to Woodford County and the surrounding area through  four full service locations, two in Versailles, one in Frankfort, and one in Nicholasville.
 
The stock is not listed on any major exchange, but a price quote from recent trades via major brokerage houses may be found under the symbol “CCVS.”

Department of the Treasury regulations require posting of information related to certain expenditures.  The Luxury Expenditure Policy, revised 9/12/12, fulfills this requirement.  Questions regarding the policy may be directed to the Bank President.
